Dysthymia
First arrives the sadness
singing the blues:
'Melancholy baby'
on a bloody wednesday
What is a poor boy to do ?
Blinded by whiskey, snake eyes, and smoke,
I learn the song without playing a note.
Times bad times two, times shared without you,
O'song o' my heart
you left and I covered it up
(or was it the other way around)
No matter
I have learn to live without
pretending I never had it
I am not depressed
no that ends too quickly
I savor my sorrow
